Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the First Schedule be amended - (a) in Clause 1 by deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in paragraph (b) of Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”; and, (b) by deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Clause 14 and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”. It is a consequential amendment on the name of the board."
