    "content": " It is so ordered. I would like to remind Sen. Murungi that we appreciate your internal arrangement in terms of division of labour. That is highly recommended. However, there is no division of labour in terms of responsibility. Standing Order No.45 (2)(b) states:- “A Senator may request for a Statement from a Committee Chairperson.” So, the responsibility is yours. It is upon you to deliver your Vice Chairperson to deliver the Statement. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
