    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on this particular one, we do not have a response today. However, I indicated to the Senator for Kisii that we have invited the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to appear before the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights on 22nd July, 2015. One of the things that the IEBC will be addressing is this particular concern. In fact, I take this opportunity also to invite all the other Senators. That will be an open session for the entire Senate, so that we can interrogate them on a number of issues, including the one captured in this Statement. I have just discussed with the Senator, that he indulges us until 22nd July, 2015 and invite the entire House, so that we can deal with this, and many other issues that have arisen within this House relating to the IEBC’s mandate."
