I am a Chair of a Committee and I know about it. This Government is not serious about the lives of Kenyans. We are talking about malaria outbreak and yet she is telling us that they were busy elsewhere engaged. We want to know what is happening in Vihiga and Kakamega. People are dying of malaria."
