    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, clearly, Sen. Kittony is doing her second term in Parliament and she must understand the sitting arrangement in any debating Chamber. Those who sit on the right of the Speaker are those who are in the Government and those who sit on the left are those in the Opposition. I have sat on the left ever since. We were elected the two of us with Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale on our party UDF and we sit here. We have nothing, whatsoever to do with this failed Government."
