Having looked at the business appearing as Order No.10, and bearing in mind that there are many amendments proposed by the Committee and one of the Members of the Committee, Hon. Millie Odhiambo, and further having received very many amendments requests by stakeholders, I seek your indulgence to invoke a provision of the Standing Order No.131 for the business appearing under Order No.10 on the Order Paper be stayed until a suitable period after the short Recess to give the Committee time to harmonize and conclude all the amendments in time. I put that request, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
