    "content": "While I thank the Chair for that clarification, the family is convinced that this is a case of foul play and a vicious cover-up attempt on the part of the investigators. Could the Chairman agree that there is need for an independent body, preferably the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA), to take up this matter and carry out independent investigations, so that the family can rest assured that everything is being done to get the truth."
