    "content": "Some of us who went to primary school long time ago before the education system changed know many of these things that we read in this Bill right now, like how to register companies and issues of shareholdings and directors. We learnt all those things when we were in primary school under the subject of business. The subject is not taught now and kids do not have an opportunity to learn how to form companies at a younger age. So, we have to wait until people are old and already out of schools to teach them. It becomes very difficult to comprehend and understand a lot of requirements on how to form a company."
