    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute to this very important Motion on the adoption of Sessional Paper No. 2. The policies and programmes that have been designed to protect the vulnerable and the poor people from the risks and the difficulties they face in life are very good, but are not coordinated. However, it is a very good way of incorporating all the people who are under risk. The cash transfer programme has been a success, but I appeal to the Government to increase it from Kshs2000 to Kshs5000. That amount is very little."
