Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 511 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “Part XXX of” appearing immediately after the word “under”. We are seeking to remove the reference to specific parts of the Companies Bill that was passed yesterday. The change is as a result of the amendments that were made during the Third Reading."
