    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, my words are on the HANSARD. I am at liberty. I have said that this House will end up giving birth to tyrants. I do not know whether other Members here wish to pass this law so that they can be reborn and be reborn as tyrants. But, I stand with my words that if we are going to pass legislation that is going to change the Constitution and that constitutional amendment ends up making Members of this House able to do things on the precincts and they cover themselves under a blanket that no one can touch them as long as they are Members of Parliament--- I wish to give the definition of the word “tyrant” as per the Oxford Dictionary. It is a cruel and oppressive ruler, a dictator, despot, autocrat, authoritarian and an oppressor. That is what this House is going to give birth to if we blindly decide to pass this Bill."
