    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I stand to support this amendment especially on the issue of vaccines. Vaccines are normally used as prevention of diseases. If we are able to tackle the situation before it gets out of hand in terms of dealing with the disease itself, it will be much better for our people. However, on the issue of manufacturing, one of the reasons why the growth of industries in this country has not picked up is because of the cost of energy and the cost of raw materials that are used to manufacture those goods. By zero-rating the raw materials, it encourages investors from within and without to invest more in our country and we are a better nation. So, I support the amendment."
