Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this section deals with the rates for the companies listed in the Stock Exchange, which are the preferential rates. The rates for normal companies are not listed at 30 per cent but there has been a continuous proposal to encourage companies to list. So, we have a rate of 25 per cent. The reason why we are bringing it in the amendment is the special economic zones, which we passed the other day. We want to give it a special rate to encourage investors, as an incentive for investors to invest in these special economic zones, so that we can create employment and increase our exports. We are proposing a rate of 10 per cent for those who invest in the special economic zones. The other amendment is just a clarification on how to compute taxes for winnings and bookmakers. Those are just small amendments."
