Temporary Deputy Chairman, unless the Order Paper I have is wrong, even Clause 11 speaks to the oustering of the powers of the magistrate while reinstating those of the judge. The same is carried in Clause 13. Let me read what my Order Paper says: “by deleting the words “or magistrate” appearing after the word “judge”. So if you are deleting the words “or magistrates” simply means you are leaving the word “judge”."
