    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. On behalf of the Members of the Committee, I want to thank them for their cooperation. We have suggested very drastic changes to our Constitution. The approach we took, which we want to plead with this Senate, is a bi-partisan position because the strengthening of Senate is not an issue either for Jubilee or CORD. This is for posterity. This document will go out to the public and it is important that while you present your position, it will be the position of the Senate and not the position of Sen. Murkomen or any other Senator who participated in these deliberations.
