    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, procedurally, you gave the Floor to Sen. (Dr.) Machage illegally because I was on a point of order. I am facing the same challenge in my Committee that I Chair, where requests made for questions that are related to counties are delayed inordinately. We, as the Senate, must take responsibility through our staff. If we sent letters late, we cannot take punitive measures against those whom we request the letters from. That is the point I was making. If the letter had been read as it is, then it would explain why there was a delay in getting the answer. A request for two weeks is reasonable for me."
