    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, mine is just to commend the proponent of this Motion, my brilliant learned colleague, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. What he has addressed in this Motion is timely and should have been done within the first three years of inception of the Constitution. All in all, it is not too late for us. We need to address all these injustices up to the realm of who owns what and all the rights of the owners. The coastal region has issues. There are also investors who have done an impressive job of investing and developing land. However, those with idle land should be dealt with in the new order as envisaged in the new law. We also have internal issues in Nyamira County, so I hope that by the enactment of the said law, we will address these issues With those few remarks, I beg to support."
