    "content": "Just as a parting shot, I want to tell Members that we looked at various options of regulating this. As I mentioned earlier, the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) does not have the clause for technicians. It was removed. In other countries, they form an umbrella body but they have the various professions under that registered separately. I want to end there because I can see Members need more time to debate this. I also need to hear the views of Members. I want to call upon Members to support the Bill. I want to end there and call upon the Seconder, hon. Kobado, to second the Bill."
