    "content": "view on this matter to the extent that you see a lot of disharmony within the professions outside there. So, we in the Committee think that the best way to harmonize this is to amend the Engineers Act 2011 because we are the lawmakers ourselves. It is not the Engineers Board or the technicians that make laws. It is we who make laws. We as Parliament should take over this matter and amend the Engineers Act so that we can accommodate the requirement of the profession in totality. That is the view of this Committee."
