Even as we are getting into 2030, these institutions train these persons and because they are not recognised as engineers, they do not access contracts. I sponsored 45 students to train in these colleges, but after they realised that when they get out they will not be recognised, they dropped out of college. If we register them, they will be recruited to construct the buildings that we have seen collapsing and therefore, they will do quality work because they will be paid directly."
