    "content": "For the universities that are already taking these courses, I think it will be useful for Parliament to pass this law and allow the students who are already in those universities a chance to come and practise the profession that they have been studying. Borrowing from the medical profession also, there would be no reason for the people at the top to fear, say, nurses or the technicians. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Bill."
