    "content": "We were sharing with the principal of Technical University and what came out is, they are not even able to get sufficient applicants for the establishment that they have been given as a university. There is a lot of negativity out there, yet we know today there are so many respectable, well compensated, upwardly mobile careers that our young people can engage in if only this profession can be recognized, given the legal standing that it requires, credibility and then Kenyans begin to believe in education. This is a very important Bill."
