    "content": "The requirement world over is that a technology which touches on people’s lives must be regulated because it touches on the safety and health of humanity. It touches on the public and it is only fair that this profession is controlled through an Act of Parliament. That is the practice the world over. When that is done, we are going to achieve several things. First, we will ensure that there is discipline in the industry and that the people who are going to be under this body will be answerable to the body’s acts and regulations. That way, we will get them tamed because sometimes we have had people who are not professionals, in that sense of technologists who purport to be so but end up doing shoddy jobs to the detriment of this economy, families and the health of the nation. If we can have a body, I am sure we will have addressed that concern."
