    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. From the onset, I would like to appreciate Hon. Cecilia Ngetich for bringing up this Bill. It is long overdue. Technicians and technologists in this country have been working without a body to regulate their activities. This Bill will give us a body that will regulate the operations of the technicians and technologists, so that we can know their number in the country and their qualifications.
