    "content": "I have had a case of a student who has done an engineering course somewhere. You and I read papers about four or five months ago about failure by some people to recognise those courses yet they are engineering courses. That is why Hon. Cecilia has come up with this; we know that the board will participate, or take part, in formulation of the courses at the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kenyatta University or the University of Nairobi. They will come up and see that the courses that are being taught to our children are those that can assist them."
