    "content": "Those who have opposed have their right to opinion. But I want to say that they proposed amendments to the Engineers Act. As earlier said here, the Engineers Act, before it was amended in 2011, had a clause that accommodated some group of technicians, but they removed it completely. I am now wondering why the change of heart to incorporate technologists and the technicians into the Act."
