    "content": "So, the amendments and the rationale are to delete some of the issues that will muddy this process, and require that the annual report is submitted to the relevant county governor. Every county should have autonomy to deal with Sports Kenya as opposed to the CoG. A particular county that needs to work with Sports Kenya should enter into an arrangement under a consultative session with Sports Kenya in terms of furthering sports.
