    "content": "that is important. The fact that the Constitution advocates or stresses the point of mutual consultation, the two levels of government must work mutually. There must be adequate mutual consultations. So, the role that the Senate is supposed to play or it has played in this matter is quite important to ensure that there are checks and balances in the two levels of government. So, I support. I also support the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Authority Act of 2013 and the amendments which have been proposed on the Crops Act, 2013. Thank you."
