Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 16 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting paragraph (d) in sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(d) collaborate with the Fish Marketing Authority established under section 204 and other agencies to identify marketing and investments opportunities for the fisheries sector;” (b) deleting the words “or other person in the service of the Service” appearing in sub-clause (3)."
