    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am not very sure about this amendment about competitive process. What is contained in the Act is better. I do not know what they intend to achieve in this area because they will just introduce politics into these appointments. When you just leave it vague like this, that there will be a competitive process without providing how it is going to be done, it will introduce politics."
