    "content": "(a) by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause− “(2) The Cabinet Secretary shall establish a technical committee on Fish Quality and Safety” (b) in sub-clause (3) by− (i) by deleting the words “competent authority” appearing in the opening sentence and substituting therefor the word “Committee”; (ii) deleting paragraph (a); (iii) deleting paragraph (e); (iv) deleting paragraph (k); (v) inserting the following new paragraph after paragraph (l)− “(m) maintain a register of fishers” (c) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new subclause− “(4) The Cabinet Secretary may for the purposes of subsection (2), make regulations with regard to conduct of the affairs of the technical committee”."
