Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 67 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “and without first consulting the affected community” at the end of the sub-clause. The reason for this amendment is so that nobody is able to take advantage of local communities."
