Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 101 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by — (a) deleting the words “one million” and substituting therefor the words “fifty million”. (b) deleting the words “three years” and substituting therefor the words “five years”. This is to enhance the penalties of these big fishermen from overseas from Kshs1million to Kshs50 million and the sentence from three years to five years."
