Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 146 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (a) sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “take” and substituting therefor the word “order”. This is to correct an editorial error. When there is a direction to be given to the ship by either the master or the investigating officer who is on board, then we do not say “take” but “order”."
