Just for the record and for the benefit of Members, when the Notice of Motion was given earlier in the afternoon, the Speaker emphasized that it was by leave of the Senate and that is what appears on the Order Paper. It is good that all of you are acquainted with the Standing Orders. It was given by leave of Senate and it is assumed under Standing Order No.2(1)(a). For the record, we are proceedings procedurally and there is no breach of the Standing Orders. Sen. Melly, you may proceed."
