I have not seen the Statement, but what you are saying is very different from what Sen. Khaniri raised. This is because apart from coming from the departmental head, it was also not signed. In the present one, which again I have not seen, if you are saying it is signed for and on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary, then that is a legal document. That commits the Cabinet Secretary. But if it is signed by anybody else other than the Cabinet Secretary, then that could be an issue. I think those are the rules of correspondence all over. Sen. Karue, is it on the same issue?"
