"content": "Thank you very much everybody; this has taken a long time. I gave it so much time because it is a matter that cuts across, affects all of us and a very important issue. That is why I allowed you so much time to ventilate and give your views on it. You notice that a lot of new issues have cropped up from what Sen. Khaniri had sought. The clarification that has been sought has brought in a lot of new issues that must be taken into account. The Vice Chairperson of the Committee, in responding to all those issues, should take into account that there are new factors that have come in and help us to get a way forward so that we can be able to see how best to go about this."
