    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. There is always someone called “officer in charge of education” matters in Parliament. He is the one who should be charged with the responsibility of making sure that if students are coming to sit in the Public Gallery, the information should be relayed to the Serjeant-at-Arms, so that you are informed. Otherwise, any other member of the public may come and go unnoticed. For the purposes of students, it is that officer in charge of education matters who takes them round. This is part of learning; it is not just a matter of coming to sit. They should know the name of the Speaker and where he sits in this House. What is the mace? So that when they come here they see exactly what they have been taught by the officer in charge of education matters. So, it is the officer in charge of education matters who should tell us which school is in the Public Gallery to facilitate recognition.
