Before he read the Statement, I heard him asking if he could do it with your permission. He was given a go ahead. Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale was on the right path because he had been given a go ahead. He got a go ahead from your silence. That is the same as saying go on. I do not think he has committed any crime. He has not infringed on any Standing Orders."
