We have been instructed by the courts to align the CDF with the Constitution. We have complied with that. We have even called it the National Government Constituencies Development Fund Bill. So, all we are doing today is to reduce the publication period so that tomorrow morning, it goes to the Committee under the leadership of Hon. Lessonet.
