    "content": "Secondly, there is prepublication scrutiny of the proposed County Government (Amendment) Bill of 2015. The Committee invited the sponsor of the legislative proposal, Hon. Roba Duba, MP, on two occasions to consider the proposal but the MP was not available. The other report awaiting tabling is with regard to the investigation into alleged irregularities in the disbursement of funds to civil society groups by the NACADA. That report will be tabled before the House very soon."
