    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I do not accept the argument that the media cannot be punished if they publish false information. Historically as you know, the media has been given very heavy fines whenever they make defamatory or false reports about people. So, individuals have other avenues in law which protect the public and Hon. Members of Parliament also. I do not see why we should protect ourselves when the protection should be for the whole country and all members of public. So, this clause is unconstitutional and we should not support it. This is the position of most of our people, particularly this side."
