    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would like to support the Leader of the Majority Party in connection with the deletion of Clause 37. The most significant change there was the confusion between the role of the Serjeant-at- Arms and the Clerk of the National Assembly. It is obvious that the work of those two offices is different. I remember one time in this House we had some trespassers in the Speaker’s Gallery. That strictly was supposed to be the work of the Serjeant-at-Arms. That office must be streamlined and strengthened. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, if you give me one more second I would like to say that in relation to the previous clause---"
