    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, those are issues that I have suggested which will be important for us; that we are within time to know the resources we need. Some of the resources will require direct budgeting by Parliament while some will require sacrifice by us, individually, in terms of time and personal resources so as to get the one million signatures and sensitize members of the public. There are many resources that we will require. We have to sit down and understand where to get the resources and how to go about it so as to achieve the final Constitution that is responsive to the challenges of our time.
