    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I differ with my brother here because to say that the police used excessive force is not true because the statement stated that the students had put up a roadblock, harassing motorists and taking money by force from them. The police did not fire any live ammunition. They used teargas which is normally used in such a situation. As to who is culpable for this, investigations going on will adduce who is responsible and the law will take its course."
