    "content": "Thank you very much hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. It allows us to pay tribute to those people who went before us. They sacrificed their lives, families, comfort and health so that this country is safe and independent. I remember when I was growing up, hearing of names like Dedan Kimathi, Mekatilili and all other people who fought for the independence that we are enjoying today. It pains me that, at this time and moment in life, we find that there are people who are languishing in poverty. We should not be a country that is using the Judiciary and the courts to give justice and rights to those people."
