The Constitution promises many things unlike the lady’s menu. It promises things which when you ask for you are told: “Sorry, we are not serving that now.” When you ask for freedom of media you are told: “Sorry! The laws that we have do not particularly give freedom of media.” So, the Sessional Paper allows the country to not only have a Constitution that is similar to a menu, but a Constitution that promises things that are, indeed, available in our country.
