    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I will not talk about the trips. I wanted to inform the Leader of the Majority Party that there are some challenges which we never mentioned. We are going to meet the PSC. For example, the delay in payment of suppliers is a major challenge. If it takes six months before you pay suppliers and you expect them to supply you, it becomes hard. This also applies to procurement. The Leader of the Majority Party is talking about purchasing new items but everything gets stuck in the procurement process. It is also a challenge which we all need to address. It is not only the Committee. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
