    "content": "My direction is derived from the authority given by Standing Order No.1, where in appropriate cases, where the Standing Orders do not make provision the Speaker is given the authority to give directions for convenience of the House and for carrying out the functions of the House easily. I, therefore, direct that in the meantime or in the interim period, since the consideration of the BPS is time bound, that the House must resolve itself within 14 days as contained in Section 25 (7) of the Public Finance Management Act and our own Standing Order No.232.
