    "content": "I support the recommendation that those who are mentioned in this Report should be investigated as individuals and then held responsible rather than just lumping everybody together in a group. They should be held personally responsible. The State organs that are charged with investigations should do their work, namely, the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). I hope that this time, they will do their work properly as is expected, so that the appropriate action is taken against those who are found culpable. If that does not happen, then we will be looking at such reports with various accusations and allegations and nothing happens and it is business as usual. That will be doing injustice to this country and the taxpayers."
